Belnor scouts open trials across Greater Banjul every quarter — including Wellingara and surrounding Kanifing communities. U14 and U16. School-enrolled players only. Every session is filmed. The strongest performers join the academy and enter the West Africa football pathway that leads to Belgium and Norway.

What the trial looks like

90 minutes. Everything counts.

You will warm up, run a short skills circuit, and play in small-sided games against other trialists. Coaches assess technique, decision-making, and attitude — the things that survive a transfer to Europe.

U14

Born in the academy's U14 age window. Bring proof of date of birth.

U16

Born in the academy's U16 age window. Bring proof of date of birth.

School enrolment

Currently enrolled in school. No school, no training — verified at the trial.

A parent or guardian must accompany the player or sign the consent form.
